Has anyone tested and compiled the exact ratio between crit and noncrit damage for various settings of resilience and crit damage talents (mages' ignite likely being the most complicated)? Just 0 and 492 resilience (or whatever gives the -25% crit damage modifier) would be fine.

Apparently the order in which the modifiers are applied, means that crits are 209% of a normal hit vs. 0 resilience with moonkin/ruin/frost spec (as opposed to 200% w/o the meta). Is this proven?
