Thanks guys, appreciate the help. As long as it's working, the error showing in the data sheet is fine for now. All that row is doing is removing the blanks from the gem dropdowns for Excel, which OpenOffice does automatically.

"Preset" reforges are just previous reforging options that haven't been deleted (the sheet hides any invalid selections). If you delete the selected reforge, it should work?

Thanks again for the below, I'll look at it in more detail once I get home, at least there's an effective workaround for OO now.

Deleting of the menue value haste/spirit/etc... e.g. cell G28 (cloak) in the input line works and resets it to "not set".
Correct.

Choosing the blank option (3rd rank after haste, spirit) in the menu, doesnt.

EDIT: Sorry but it seems I was a bit too optimistic...
The gear selection page is ok till chest ... so the gems for the helm, neck, shoulder, cloak works ...but not downwards...
There still the Err502 error occurs
Perhaps some kind of table mismatch...it might have is origin in cell D26 or D27. The option menu is still available for cloaks but doesnt shows the correct options.

I sometimes have #REF errors cropping up in very random places (data validation ranges and conditional formats) and I don't know why. Once I had to back up to an earlier save because all the gem dropdowns lost their validation ranges. Excel probably has some kind of bug which loses the references somehow in all the complicated things going on in this sheet.

Oh, someone asked about Glyph of Starsurge having no DPS value. It's because if Starfall usage is set to "Always in Lunar," then it assumes you cast exactly 1 Starfall per cycle, rather can actually using the Starfall cooldown. In practice you need the Glyph in order to do this though.

Simply put: no. But I'd need more data to really evaluate what your problem is. Is this on AoE fights (Halfus)? Tank and spank bosses? What kind of DPS are you doing? What kind of TPS are you tanks putting out?

Without this data I can't really help you, but my guess is that your tanks probably aren't putting out enough threat as I can top meters and not pull threat on 90% of the fights with our tanks.

Is there any opinion/recommendation about T11 stormrider set vs. other leather items?
Is the 2P/4P bonus strong enough?

If there is a clear recommendation you might consider to include that in the guiding starting post.

Get the 4pc; even if it was bad--which it isn't--there really aren't any good offset items to choose from. There's basically 3 options:

T11 - all 5 slots, because everything but the BP has haste on it and there are no offset BPs with haste.
T11 - 4pc + [Passive Resistor Spaulders] for people who need extra hit rating instead of the mastery on T11 shoulders.
T11 - 4pc + crafted BP in 4.0.6 (assuming they don't subtract any stats to make up for adding a socket, AND it has a good socket bonus).

I'd sooner replace the BP with [Scorched Wormling Vest] rather than the shoulders with [Passive Resistor Spaulders] (post patch). A trade of crit for hit over mastery for hit is probably best.

Taking a quick look at this myself, it seems the best options are Scorched Wyrmling, Resto hat, or Resto gloves, all allowing you to trade crit for Spirit. Assuming you won't be getting offspec 372's anytime soon, Scorched Wyrmling looks like the one to go for.

Awesome guide, love it. But I only have one issue. You say Mr. Hamlet that enchant mastery/run speed to boots is best. Well there is a haste/run speed chant to boots, and haste being our best secondary stat and mastery being our worse. One would think the haste would be much for beneficial. Am I wrong?

There is? I know of STA/Run Speed, Mastery/Run Speed and AGI/Run Speeed enchants. Don't think I've seen a Haste/Run Speed enchant.

EDIT: Unrelated but notable 4.0.6 change: Synapse Springs down to 10 second duration / 80 INT valuation. Looks like Tailoring / Leatherworking are the clear winners now.

Leatherworking is also already down to an 80 INT net. Let's just hope Tailoring gets the same treatment before live.

yeah, I just saw the 50 INT bracer chant incoming that normalizes LW down to 80 as well. Let's just NOT hope that Tailoring gets the same treatment. Every prof being 80 INT is meh imho. I do like the proc INT over the flat INT increases better so staying Engineering/Tailoring either way but I like the fact that Tailoring is a bit higher atm. Illusion of choice is no choice at all.

Now that we know the socket color/bonus of the crafted chest, thoughts on it over Scorched/T11? I'm showing crafted as being an upgrade in the spreadsheet after the changes.
