[Alliance][Kilrogg] <Lux> 11/12 HM 25-2 Days a week
 

<Lux> is seeking a few skilled and experienced recruits to round out our roster. We are a guild for time constrained adult players who can not or do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedules of traditional "hardcore" guilds. If your schedule precludes you from raiding 4+ days a week, but you still want to see current Heroic Mode content, we may be the guild for you.

The Basics:

Raid times

25-man raids are Tuesday/Thursday, 7:30-10:30 PST, with invites starting at 7:15. 10-man raids on other nights can be initiated by any Lux member. Currently, there are two such 10-man groups running regularly.

Expectations

Applicants should be 21+ and able to fit in with a group that's mostly working adults. Do not stand in fire/fissures/void zones. Raiders are required to have all appropriate enchants, gems, and consumables, and are expected to arrive at raids on time and prepared. Maintaining a high attendance percentage (90+ percent) for our 25-man progression runs is also expected.

Lux does not have class leaders; all raiders are expected to read up and be knowledgeable about their class and skilled in its execution. While we raid only six hours a week, raiders are expected to put some time into the game on their own time outside of scheduled raids. We can pull off the six-hour-a-week schedule because we stress doing everything possible outside of that window -- extensive strategy discussions, theorycrafting, learning through experience or research.
