Our Raid Schedule
Days: Monday - Thursday (4 Day Raiding Schedule)
Time: Raid invites begin at 6:30pm PST Monday - Thursday, with the first pull commencing by 7:00pm PST. Our raids strictly end at 11:00pm PST.

While we officially remain on a 4 day raiding schedule, with nearly all of heroic ICC on farm status, we are usually done with all farmed content within the first 2ish hours of Tuesday raid night.

What Classes/Specs are We Recruiting?
We are looking for the following classes/specs to continue our progression in heroic Icecrown Citadel and heroic Ruby Sanctum.

Immediate Core Raider Positions
We are currently looking to recruit DPS of any specialization and class. We are doing this not only to have the best composition we can have for heroic Lich King and Halion, but also to increase our roster for Cataclysm.

About Vitality and Our Server
Vitality is a high end raiding guild on one of World of Warcraft's oldest and most competitive servers - Ner'zhul. Our core members have been raiding together for a long time, over four years. The guild itself has existed since 2007. We offer a professional, but comfortable raid environment. We do not tolerate continuously douche-baggy/"assholely" players. In addition, we don't do the negative name calling thing when someone makes a mistake, we will however point out your mistakes to help you improve as a player.

Our server Ner'zhul is a part of the famous "BG 9" server cluster. While famous for it's highly competitive PvP, "BG 9" also features a large assortment of high end raiding guilds for a healthy, dynamic, and competitive atmosphere that other server clusters lack.

What We Expect from You, the Applicant

Experience and Skill
We are looking for players who know all Icecrown Citadel fights on normal mode. Ideally, our applicants should have some experience with Icecrown Citadel heroic fights. Pre-Lich King raiding experience is a bonus. We want players who know what they are doing. We expect them to be well informed of how to play their class, and to be able to adapt to changing situations during any given boss battle.

Gear
We are looking for players who have at least tier 10 (mostly item level 264 and above) level gear, hard mode gear is a large bonus. We expect you to have your gear gemmed and enchanted optimally. Your gear must be customized to best fit your raid role, and you must also be willing to change it (with our assistance) should we ask you to switch roles.

Attitude
Our applicants should be communicative individuals who respond well to their leaders and their peers. We are looking for players who are raid oriented and will do whatever the raid requires of them to progress through game content and meet our objectives. Applicants should be looking for a guild where they will make friends and they will be expected to be cooperative, understanding, and generous with their peers. The ability to give and receive criticism is required.

Responsibility
We expect our members to be able to communicate on the guild forums when they will be absent in advance. This is very important!

What We Don't Want
We are not looking for applicants who wish to lift items from our raids or our bank for profit or for selfish individual use. We are not looking for applicants who have no desire to be team players. Players who have a history of harassment will not be tolerated and be dealt with appropriately.

What to Expect from Us
1. Friendly atmosphere devoid of assholes.
2. Efficient clearing of farmed content. We also do a Guild exclusive VoA clear every week.
3. Progression and attaining hard-mode achievements.
4. Fair distribution of loot via our years old loot council system.
5. Boss kill videos of interesting fights.

We believe that progressing as a group through game content should be done in an organized and efficient, but also comfortable environment that is conductive for enjoying each other's company and most importantly, having fun. This is the Vitality way.
