About Us

Casually Addicted is a competitive raiding guild on Gilneas (US PvE). We share a desire to succeed in raiding, conquering content fastest and first. Highlights include:

We're currently farming 12/12 heroic mode 25-man, and 10-man heroic modes (12/12 completed). Heroic Halion 10 is down; only heroic 25 remains. To fill the rest of the week, we're also farming Ulduar for Mimiron head mounts, and selling loot and achievements to players outside the guild.

We officially raid 25-man Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday, 7pm-11pm EST. 10-mans happen in the spaces between. (In practice, we currently finish everything in about 2 days.) Loot is assigned by officers, with an aim toward keeping the entire guild, including applicants, as effective in raids as possible. We have an alt guild, and have used excellent alts to fill raids when absolutely necessary to progress the main guild.

We are fun people! We want players who have a sense of humor and enjoy playing the game with each other. Our players are (mostly) 20+ and joke around during raids while still taking progression seriously, with the pace that entails.

What we need

We are currently looking for:
shaman - elemental would be optimal, but resto or enhancement would also be welcome
and, as usual, exceptional players of any class.

Note: The guild aims for a small, dedicated roster - fewer than 35 people - so attendance is very important. Members are expected to display excellent awareness, dedication, and overall competence as well as a basic understanding of all class mechanics in a raiding environment. If you dodge fire before it comes, gear to kill, tank, or heal as effectively as possible, learn as much as you can before entering a fight, and value your guildmates' time as your value your own, then we would very much like to see you apply.
