We are and will remain a 25man raiding guild for Cataclysm. We are looking for members LONG TERM, not just people to fill a gap for H LK. Free agents should be making their choices for the same reasons at this point and will see the value we provide our members.

We'd prefer roughly equal HICC25 experience, but we value your skill and class knowledge more. Anyone can learn a fight, but we don't want someone that still needs to learn their class. (We're all having to do that over again with 4.0 anyway, but that's the fun part) If you're 'returning to the game after a break', then you have a lot to prove. You immediately raise a red flag as someone that stops playing for whatever reason and there's no great way to measure your skill level if you're not raiding current content.

We raid 3 nights a week on Mon, Tue & Thu from 7-11pm CST.

We have alt GDKP ICC25 runs on Saturday that consistently do 10/12 for ~100,000g and Guild Festivals once a month with fun activities, contests and prizes totaling ~30,000g. Gold Bounties are in place for anyone hitting records for World Top 10 or Top 10 for your class for raid bosses.

We run premades often and plan on being a strong Rated Battleground presence for Cataclysm.

Specifics on class recruitment:

At this time we are looking for a VERY experienced tank, not someone who can tank as OS or has done it occaisionally. We are looking for a potential MT. Someone who is vocal, understands fight mechanics, positioning (and why), CD usage (his and healers), and knows how to maintain the pace of a raid. Also, we would prefer a Feral druid tank to Prot warriors at this time to keep from an overload of offspec Fury Warriors.

All DPS must have competative numbers, but most importantly have superhuman raid awareness and be able to think and react on the fly.

Healers must understand the concept of effective healing, not just laying down a Rejuv blanket (as an example). The ability to heal and still have situational awareness is a requirement.

Our Goals:
Our goal as a guild is to provide a drama-free and well scheduled raid environment for our members without over recruiting. Respeccing for fights is not only encouraged but expected. We review logs for every raid and evaluate members on performance every week, suggesting tweaks on cooldown usage, specs, HM glyphing, etc.

Ventrillo and mics are required. If you can't communicate during an encounter, we can't use you.

Loot System: A rank-based EPGPloot2 system for all current content. The addons EPGPLoot2 and epgp(dkp reloaded) are required to participate.
