Obsidium is an established raiding guild on the Frostmane server. We have been around since Vanilla and plan to continue raiding into Cataclysm and beyond. We have already begun raiding 25 man Cataclysm content.
We finished the current tier at 11th US. Looking to add a few solid players while we farm and prepare for 4.2
Progression:
Sunwell cleared pre-3.0
All WoTLK hardmodes including server first Algalon, Alone in the Darkness, Tribute to Insanity, and HM LK.
12/12 ICC HM - US 34th HM LK
Heroic Nefarian - US 10th
Heroic Cho'gall - US 18th
Heroic Sinestra - US 12th
Heroic Al'akir - US 12th
Firelands: 6/7 Heroic

Schedule:
Our raid times are Sun-Thurs 7:30-11:30 EST. We rarely actually raid all five days but it does happen during peak progression.
We are a fairly close-knit group that spends a lot of time hanging out on vent outside of raids. Some people spend a lot of time on achievements and alts while others play other games together including SC2, League of Legends, HoN, CS 1.6, and MWF2.

We are always looking for exceptional players of any class so feel free to apply regardless of the listed openings. We have always run a small raid roster and do not recruit for the bench - you will be expected to show up and perform every night.
Since we are done with progression for the expansion we are more focused on recruiting good players than certain classes. People will inevitably switch mains or quit with cata release so please don't be turned off if your class is not currently listed. We want to add anyone with good experience and parses regardless of class.
Expectations:
You should be an experienced raider with similar progression to our own. WoL/WMO parses should be included that let us know how you perform. The gear and ability to dual-spec is a big plus. You need to be able to make almost every raid - missing now and then is fine but if you can't make all of our raids most weeks you are wasting your time.
Loot System/Contact Info:
Loot is done by loot council with a focus on attendance and performance.
