*This is a maximum progression schedule. Currently we only raid one night per week to clear ICC25 HM and Halion25 HM.
Current Recruitment Needs
Tier10: Icecrown Citadel - 12/12 Heroic 25-man, farming heroic 25-man Lich King since June 22nd (US 41st) and heroic 25-man Halion since Jul 9 (US 31st).
Tier9: ToGC 25-man Insanity, farming cloaks since Nov. 11, 2009.
Long history of competitive completion of content since Onyxia 40 man, through BC and now Wotlk.
With Cataclysm's release approaching, Incarnate is making final preparations for the upcoming Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent, and Throne of the Four Winds raids. Having defeated nearly all of these encounters on 25-player mode during beta, we're aware of what's required to succeed and we have adjusted our recruitment needs accordingly.
First, Incarnate is seeking an experienced tank, preferably a warrior or paladin. If you are a dedicated player with high attendance, good communication and teamwork skills, and good raid awareness, you are an ideal candidate. You will be evaluated on your ability to min/max, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your ability to build agro. This is a full time raid position. As this position is for a third tank spot, having a viable offspec is required and you should expect to play your offspec during your trial.
Second, Incarnate is seeking an experienced healer, preferably a paladin or druid. Ideally, you are a smart, dedicated player with high attendance, superb raid awareness, good communication and teamwork skills, and experience with the new Cataclysm healing model. You will be evaluated on your understanding of game and class mechanics, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your gearing/spec choices. This is a full time raid position, but as not all raid encounters require the same number of healers, an offspec is required and you should expect to play your offspec during your trial.
Finally, Incarnate is seeking a warrior and caster DPS. An ideal candidate is a dedicated player with high attendance, good communication and teamwork skills, and good raid awareness. You will be evaluated on your ability to min/max, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your ability to maximize DPS while minimizing damage taken. These are full time raid positions.
What We're Looking For
As a guild founded on leadership that dates back to the days of Vanilla, Incarnate is looking for not just exceptionally skilled players of all classes, but players who know what commitment and dedication means in the long run when it comes to the progression of a guild, be it farm raids or bleeding edge content. Attendence is expected of all members to be higher than 90%.
We take our raiding seriously, and here's why: every member brings their best performance and preparation to every raid, and has also made sacrifices in his or her time to do so. You are expected to do the same. We run a more casual schedule than other top guilds. Because of this, quality over quantity is what matters to us.
Some of you might know the majority of us from our roots on US-Warsong as Corp Hur. Others might know us from our post Warsong days where the core of our raid transferred to US-Garithos and reformed under the guild name Sovereignty. We progressed at an accelerated rate despite the setback of establishing a new guild and handling a server transfer in the midst of Naxxramas progression. We finished Vanilla WoW ranked 18th in the US (Worldofraids) to clear the last tier of 40-man content.
The leadership continued its streak of US top 50 rankings and server firsts in the Burning Crusade. Many of the Vanilla members returned to the game upon the release of Wrath to complete content competitively and defeat the Lich King heroic encounter. Entering into ToGC Northern Beasts while many guilds were farming the Twin Valkyr, we clawed our way to the top level of content, proving ourselves capable of handling new content and placing in top rankings with our Insanity Anub'rak kill.
Recently, we have gone through a complete guild transfer from US-Kel'Thuzad to US-Ner'zhul, for obvious reasons of server queues and 2-3 second delays. The community here has been nothing short of hospitable and we're excited to be a part of it. On Ner'zhul, we defeated Lich King on 25-man hard mode and Halion 25-man hard mode first on the server, earning us US 41st and US 31st rankings, respectively.
