[Horde][Khadgar] <Voltage> 25m HM Cata raiding
 

<Voltage> is a 25man horde raiding guild on the Khadgar-US realm. It's our goal to progress through content as quickly as possible on a 4 night schedule. We are currently rebuilding our 25man raid team in preparation for hard mode progression raiding in Cataclysm.

RAID SCHEDULE: MON-THUR nights from 8.30 -12 AM EST.

We require very high attendance (>80%) and advance notice is required for any absences or tardiness.

NOW RECRUITING QUALITY APPLICANTS for high end and high performance raiding. We are looking to strengthen our ranks for the upcoming Cataclysm expansion. If you are someone who is quick to adapt to game mechanics and enjoys the challenges and rewards of 25man hard mode content, we definitely want you!

We are especially looking for people who want to be part of a tight-knit group of mature raiders who want to see all then end-game content that wow offers. To that end, we hold each other accountable for performance, commitment and knowledge, and expect all our raiders to show up on time, be prepared, research your class and perform your assigned role in our raids, and have fun in the process!

We can offer raid spots to players that demonstrate maturity, communication skills, extensive raiding experience, and competitive performance.

Voltage requires top performance from every raider. New recruits must be able to tolerate criticism, respect the officers and improve when necessary. Ventrilo and a working microphone are required. Your gear should reflect your level of dedication and experience, including appropriate glyph and gem choices.

LOOT: Loot is distributed via a rotating loot council (officers, members, and apps) focused on improving raid success through a variety of factors including attendance, necessity and performance.

INFORMATION: Voltage is one of the oldest stable raiding guilds on our server, with the goal of completing the most difficult content in WoW on a manageable schedule. Our core raiders consist of players who have been working together to defeat progression bosses for years, nabbing Realm First titles, mounts, and legendary gear along the way. Voltage has always been focused on 25 man content, and we intend to continue along that path in Cataclysm. Due to many raiders playing less in the months before Cataclysm, we are seeking to bolster our ranks with players that share our dedication and mindset. Stop by and see if we're the guild for you.

The application is fairly clear, however If you have additional questions, contact an officer in game. (We are generally on after 8 PM EST during the week) If we're interested in your application, we will contact you to schedule a brief chat in vent and review your application to see if you're right for us. Be prepared to explain your spec, choice of gear/gems and share some of your past experience with raiding.

Application process can last 15 to 90 days.
