We're looking for motivated, skilled and experienced players to help us make a strong push for competitive 25-man raiding in Cataclysm! All raid positions are competitive. If you are better than our current players, you will raid. With that said, our needs are as follows:

Currently evaluating all classes for immediate spots.

This is for immediate and long term positions. The ideal candidate must be able to make an immediate impact on our raid with parses and proven raid experience. Beyond that, we're looking for maturity; someone who is able to manage their time and responsibilities effectively so that they can reliably raid up to 12 hrs per week. Like us, we're looking for a person that is focused on progression and raiding achievements and not driven by loot, greed, or bragging rights. The ideal candidate will also understand that raid preparation, theory crafting, and effective communication are just as important as mashing buttons and executing a strategy. Finally, we're looking for someone who expects exceptional play from their fellow raiders while providing the same, but also will remain calm and focused while learning new content. Prior guild leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

We maintain a raid roster of ~28 to 33 raiders. If accepted for a tryout, you will raid immediately for an evaluation. If successful, you will be given a core spot in our 25 man raid group for as long as you maintain our attendance and performance standards.

-use our site's forums
-make issues known to officers as soon as they arise
