Individuals with video, video editing, website design, sponsor history, and addon writing are always strongly encouraged to apply. We are always looking to add great contributors to our roster!

About Us::::

<Change Machine> was started over a 2 years ago and going strong--We were <Inevitable> on the Velen PVE server then server transferred in March 2010 to Vash. We came to Vashj for a more reliable server client and quieter atmosphere to just worry about our progression.
We stuck with 25 man RAIDING now in Cata. While we raid 25 man raids on our normal raid nights; we WILL DO 10 man "extra homework" on off nights or right after the 25 man raid is over.

Vashj is a PVP server. Low/Medium Population. Horde outnumbers Alliance. There is world PVP that does take place you just have to start shit. We do have many various arena teams and bg groups in guild that have high ranking experience throughout past seasons.

What We Expect of our Members:::

We expect members to be responsible to learn their class and be prepared for every raid before start (all gear enchanted and gemmed w/highest quality, any special consumable besides what we provide, repair money); reading and watching videos on every fight we have planned for that week. There are tons and tons of videos and guides out there for every encounter because of beta and what not; PLUS there are posts about each encounter we are working on in our guild forums---So coming prepared to a raid not knowing a fight mechanic is totally unacceptable and you will be removed.

**We provide all flasks, pots, consumables, enchanting materials, gems, item enhancements***

All members will do adequate research on their class's full capabilities. Achieving the highest output of DPS and HPS should be no. 1 goal. You will PAY ATTENTION to directions given during raid; you will not bitch; you will not ninja afk or need directions to be repeated. You will get out fire. You will not give excuses.

We try to limit the amount of Drama with a NO DRAMA at all policy. You will stand up and support one another in this guild. While the forums and trade are open game please try to respect the guild tag with your name and think before you speak.

You will spend tons of time with one another in this guild. We don't want members that just log on right before raid and log off right after. We love to have fun and enjoy doing stupid shit on our off time--Be apart of that. We want to get to know you as a new member.

We Prefer all members are 18 or older. We tend to be very crude/obscene/foul at times, and can offend the light hearted. So if you are easily offended by horrible humor and bad language please don't apply then we are not for you. Oh and if you're a teenie bopper girl that just plays this game to get a gaggle of boys to fall in love with you to start a clique and hide in channels in vent this isn't the place for you either.

Loot System o em ge purples!:::

We do loot by a loot council system where attendance/performance/attitude come into play. Tanks and healers usually come before dps. You can see our attendance and loot tracking off our website. Every boss you're online for you get 1pt attendance for. You will NOT be able to spend these points; they're just for seeing who is showing up more than others.

Raiding Times:::

MONDAY-THURSDAY 6-10pm Server (Pacific Time)

During Progression we sometimes stay in raid past end time....raid on weekends and off nights to get first kills. YOU SHOULD WANT TO PUSH PROGRESSION AND PARTICIPATE EXTRA.

PTR/Beta:::

We do have a bunch of raiders that copy toons over and work actively in learning new content before release to be prepared/familiar with the encounters.
