• Does not give up after days or weeks of wiping?

• Can maintain 90% attendance (with the exception of holidays and other events)?

Are you looking for a guild that...?

• Relaxes and jokes around off-raid schedule, but focuses and is efficient during the raid?
• Provides guild members with the essentials: repairs, flasks, and enchants?
• Employs a fair, balanced EPGP (Effort Points / Gear Points) loot system that quickly rewards players gear proportionally to the amount of effort put into the guild?
• Raids from 6-10 PST every Tue-Thu with occasional Monday cleanup raids?
• Believes in effective raid time management so you can do more with your life than raid 40 hours a week?
• Provides consistent, stable leadership?
• Believes guild drama is undesirable and detrimental to the success of a guild?
• Wants to see the guild progress as a whole, and not as individuals?

When do we raid?
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 - 10 PM Pacific (PST)
We often raid on Mondays during progression, normal times

About Requiem
We are a friendly guild that is focused on progression. Our goal is to be the best on our server, through focused, effective raiding. We only raid 12-16 hours a week, so, come raid time, we work hard. We are a horde PvE guild on Azuremyst.
