What We’re Looking For: Exceptional players of any class.

The expectations we place on our raiders are fairly simple. 95% attendance or higher, come prepared to each fight (knowledge, proper spec, etc), and consistently perform at the top of your game. While we provide consumables and repairs on most progression nights, all raiders are expected to have their own consumables at the ready. Having a geared off spec and a willingness to play it is also a huge plus. If the “top of your game” is equal to or greater than our core, you’ll have no problem earning a full-time raid spot. The majority of our raiders came from 20-30 hour per week guilds who pushed hardcore progression grinds and were looking for something with a lighter schedule where the raids were more enjoyable and they could still push hardcore progression with players of a similar skill level. That is if you consider 12 hours per week light

The question we get asked the most by potential applicants is about our guild and its history. Most of our core have been playing together since the early days in WotLK. Although the guild has undergone roster changes over that time, our core have never stopped providing the drive and motivation necessary to succeed; and we’ll continue to strive towards excellence in Cataclysm. Its important to note that many of us are working professionals (adults) and expect a certain level of maturity, accountability and drive from our raiders. Its important to note that we have a very active Guild. We have spent a lot of time building a community that is fun for progression raiders as well as casuals and/or retired raiders. We often organize events outside of raiding. A perfect example of the type of events we organize can be found in the link below. This was a 5 day long team based scavenger hunt that required teams to collect over 2000 items, screenshots, boss kills, achievements etc.. We developed a story line as well as offered a 20k prize to the winning team.. Most of the people in the guild felt that it was some of the most fun they have ever had playing wow.. This epitomizes what we are all about socially..

Qualities we are looking for in our players:

Skill - The ability to execute at the top of your game and to play your class exceptionally.
Reliability - Able to commit and attend over 95% of raids
Selfless - You must be a team players and remember that the raid ‘win’ meter is more important then any personal meter
Self-Motivation- Doing the research and theory crafting to stay on top of your class and the encounters at all times.
Fun- players with a sense of humor who know when to goof around and also when to be serious and take care of business
Swagger - people that can take pride about the guild they are in understand how to represent us well to the greater wow community
Experience- Some type of meta achievement, server first title or other significant past history showing what a talented player you are.
