<Change Machine> was started over a year 2 years ago and going strong--We were <Inevitable> on the Velen PVE server then server transferred in March 2010 to Vash.

Vashj is a PVP server. Low/Medium Population. Horde outnumbers Alliance.

What We Expect of our Members::
We expect members to be responsible to learn their class and be prepared for every raid before start (all gear enchanted and gemmed w/highest quality, any special consumable besides what we provide, repair money); reading and watching videos on every fight we have planned for that week.

**We provide all flasks, pots, consumables, enchanting materials, gems, item enhancements***

We do record and make raid kill videos of all our encounters. We have provided live streaming on occasions off our website. <Change Machine> is also in the middle of obtaining affiliations and sponsorships from companies!

How long is Trial Period? Your trial is what you make of it. Meaning that if you show up on time, come prepared, make effort to socialize and fit in not just during raid times, don't fuck up or d/c 2000 times, don't complain or start drama etc you should be promoted in 1-3 wks. Now if you having any issues we probably will want to evaluate you longer so you might have a longer trial period or just be promoted to only Back-up until we see you improve.

Will you still get Loot on Trial Period? Yes. While older members may get a little senority over you loot is still very equal. Tanks and Heals will generally come before DPS because that is what has worked best for our progression pushing.

What attendance is expected? As close to 100%. Guilds that raid the most together learn how to play with one another and adapt the quickest and then therefor perform/progress the best. We want players that can commit to the game as much as we do. We want you there all 4 days of the week and on time for invites. Its not acceptable for you to log on for farm content then ditch out on thur/mon raids.

Do you have to fill out an application? Absolutely. While we can talk to you in vent its usually after we have read your application and would like to talk to you more to get a feel of who you are and how you think. While I don't mind jumping in vent and talking to you about our guild and raiding it will NOT substitute your application. We hold everyone to the same standard and require everyone to app. It also is how you get registered for our guild website in order to post AFK and participate with strats and planning.

Disclaimer::
We Prefer all members are 18 or older. We tend to be very crude/obscene/foul at times, and can offend the light hearted. So if you are easily offended by horrible humor and bad language please don't apply then we are not for you. While we don't exclude girls we do however discourage/avoid the shitty drama that comes with some particular types of girls.


Loot System *o em ge purples!*::
We do loot by a loot council system where attendance/performance/attitude come into play. Tanks and healers usually come before dps.

PTR/Beta:::
We do have a bunch of raiders that copy toons over and work actively in learning new content before release to be prepared/familiar with the encounters.
