About Us:
Mediocrity is the oldest running PvE guild on our server, raiding for over 6 years. We're in it for the long haul and are looking for similarly minded raiders for 4.3. We maintain a drama-free environment, are relaxed, active and fun during off-hours, and focused during raids. Trials receive full raider perks including guild repairs, cauldrons, feasts, and full loot privileges. Additionally, we have achieved US #35 Glory of the Cataclysm Raider.

Requirements for Applicants:

• You must be up to date with class & boss mechanics.
• You put effort into your character with all aspects including gear, spec, glyphs, appropriate UI, and key-binds.
• Sitting you out on fights doesn't involve long whispers whining about wanting loot or other reasons you'd like to avoid the bench.
• Drama is and always will be something you avoid and never instigate.
• You are mature meaning you can take constructive criticism, you learn from your mistakes, and you don't give excuses.
• You are reasonably geared, have relevant raid experience with recent combat parses.

Examples of Ideal Applicants:
We are looking for applicants without repeated and blatant mechanic fails such as Corrupting Crash, Sonar Discs/Sonar Bombs, Omnotron shield fails, Pillar of Flame, Burning Cinders, Twilight Orbs, etc. If you are a Paladin, you utilize all of your raid utility and survival cool-downs properly while also performing well at your particular task. Ideal Ranged DPS have some ranking parses, appropriate add damage, and knowledge of class specific requirements in heroic encounters.
