Allow me to give you the 90 second lowdown about us....

We're Indiscretion on Zul'jin. We used to be a 25 man guild until the GM and officers got sick of carrying crappy people with crappy attitudes so we did a cleaning and kicked them which forced us to go 10 man. A few left the game completely, some left to play with friends and it left us with 15 people. We're currently 6/7 Heroic and we recently merged with an old guild of the GM who was stuck in the same situation. We're now up to 25 but what we're really lacking in are healers and caster DPS (1 more DPS DK wouldn't hurt either).

There is no cursing and screaming at players in raids... it's very unmotivating (unless you're into that sadistic crap) and it makes you not want to play smarter. We will address all issues on a personal basis in an adult manner of speaking. HOWEVER this does not mean we're soft. We will NOT tolerate crap from people, we won't tolerate poor play but everyone who has left us has said the same thing, "I felt like I was part of one big family and one I'd like to be a part of in future games. It's the only time I really felt a part of something good in this game."

We're (once again) pushing to be part of the best in the US but hopefully this time without the dead weight and empty excuses holding us back.

FUN FACTS ABOUT US!
* We're on an EST server.
* Raids are T-Th 8pm-12am (we like to alt run or old raid on the weekends)
* We're on a heavy french server even though we're not French... luck of the draw! If you are french, we'll lovingly pick on you.
* All consumables and main spec enchants are covered.
* We want as small a bench as possible yet still function when Timmy needs to pick his toes at his buddies' house one night. Therefore you'll be brought in to raid not sit around all night. If you are sat, it's for no more than 2 hours (comp willing) and you are asked to stay within listning range. We will not send you a hand embossed letter by owl telling you when to return to the desk.
*We are desperate for GOOD healers and caster DPS.
*We run a loot council system that has only pissed 2 people off in the course of a year. (Not bad odds)

I'm Zenyatta, the ex-GM but still an officer (sanity is a great thing). I'm really a cool chick and a ridiculously competitive player... I just like being sarcastic and fun once in a while in hopes that making you laugh would get you to apply!
