My 10-man Horde raiding guild, Trademarked, is recruiting. We recently moved to Mal'Ganis and we're looking for a ranged DPS class. We're 8/8H DS at 15%, completed the metas for Firelands and T11 and all of the metas in Wrath. My promise to every raider is that we'll get our meta drake/dragon and any other drake/dragon (Life-Binder's Handmaiden, etc) in every single tier for every single raider. We're a fairly casual guild, but we raid hard enough to ensure that everyone gets their drakes.

We raid 2 nights a week (Thursday and Sunday) for 3 hours a night (7-10pm PST or 9-midnight CST) which makes a total of 6 hours per week. That's a very light schedule, which requires a very high attendance rate to function. Missing a raid is a Big Deal since we also don't keep any bench raiders or alternates. As such, attendance is the most important thing to us, after performance.

We have incredibly low turnover as a raid/guild. The core of the 10-man has been playing together since BC, with 8-of-10 being members throughout Wrath and Cataclysm. We also play other games together, like Minecraft, Starcraft, Diablo 3, etc. We also have a second raid group (also 8/8H) and have plenty of people leveling and questing and collecting mounts, etc.
