Guild Lowdown

We are a fairly hardcore raiding guild having claimed our Kil'jaeden kill on 10/23/08 and all WotLK content up to and including The Twilight Zone, and we are not satisfied with simply clearing the content.(2 bosses from Immortal last night) As time has passed and we have bolstered our raiding core with better and more determined people we have been pushing through content faster and with greater intensity. Wow progress currently has us ranked at 249 US and we will be making a concerted effort to make top 100 by the end of Ulduar. This being said we do still understand this is a game and should be fun. Many of us know some other members of the guild IRL. We've had regional meet ups in the past few months etc etc. We are more than a guild we are a community.

We also have a fairly mature and sometimes ridiculous sense of humor. As such we expect you to be at least 18 years of age as language on vent is uncensored and we expect our raiders not to be suddenly grounded because you didn't do your math homework.

Raid times are from 8pm to midnight CST every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We expect at least a 75% attendance in any 30-day time frame.

The Ideal Applicant

You should be a baller, Period. You should know you are amazing. Conversely you should not be a prick about it. Can you simultaneously fulfill your raid responsibilities while /dancing with sartharion, laughing at the guy who took dirt nap in the Void zone and getting another Mt. Dew? Did you giggle at conflag on twins and expertly navigate the horrors of gas breaths on felmyst? Are you capable of taking instructions without getting an attitude? Can you live up to our expectations? (We flask the entire raid for all content. If you prefer elixirs we'd better see 2 of em. You will be well fed. You will need be on time and you be required to inform us if something will prevent you from making it.) Can you top the meters while understanding that they are a tool, not the measure of a player. Do you know how to be focused and serious in raid and as soon as its over start discussing anime, cars, adult films, computers, politics and beer with us? Lastly and most importantly can you separate being serious and confident in raid with being a decent human being the rest of the time. You may be the best player we've ever seen, but If half the guild has you on mute/ignore because your a pretentious ass hat you will be looking for a new guild fairly quickly.
