About Prodigy

Were a solid guild that has been raiding together over 3 years, many are RL friends or have met outside the game, we get along and have a good time playing together, while also trying to stay focused and on task at all times. Dragonblight (PvE) is one of the original servers, always with a healthy population, robust economy, and fast battleground queues.

Raid Times:

Sun, 6:00-10:00pm PST
Mon, 6:00-10:00pm PST
Tues, 6:00-10:00pm PST
Weds, 6:00-10:00pm PST
Thurs, 6:00-10:00pm PST

Off nights usually involve running heroics, PvP, or 10 man raids. We have a group of people with "of the nightfall" and have achieved GOTR for 10mans.

Loot: is by council, with preference given to those with the highest seniority. You'll still get gear, no question about that, it really just comes down to whether you'll get it tonight or whether you'll have to wait a few weeks. And the longer you're with us, the less you'll have to wait. Performance is also key to getting gear, if you're not giving 110% everynight, don't expect to get loot either.

About You

Intelligence: Our ideal applicant is someone that is not afraid of math. They are capable of critical thought, and they are able to contribute in a meaningful way when discussing a boss strategy.

Skill: We recruit players that make very few to NO mistakes, and have the ability to learn from the ones they do make. The ability to top healing or damage meters is certainly a plus, but what we're really looking for are players that don't make mistakes which lead to their own death or the death of another player.

Initiative: Our ideal applicant is a self-starter who is always trying to improve. They keep up to date with the latest theory-craft and boss strategies, they never have to be told to enchant or gem any gear, and they always bring and use the correct consumables. Were not here to hold you're hand.

Gear: While we do not have any specific gear requirements, we consider gear to be a major indicator of a players level of competence and effort. We expect our applicants to have the best gear that is reasonably available to them at their current level of progress.

Personality: Our ideal applicant can take a joke and does not offend easily. They are capable of receiving criticism without taking it personally. As a guild we are always trying to improve, and this process includes pointing out mistakes when they are made. The ideal applicant can handle when their mistakes are pointed out.

Reliability: The internet is a harsh, cold wasteland of anonymity. We're looking for players who are honest, responsible, reliable and trustworthy. They always let us know when they're going to miss a raid night, and they're always honest with the guild as a whole.
