Checklist Before You Apply
[X]Must be able to attend our strict raid schedule
Monday-Thursday 8PM-12:00AM (EST) (10-mans are typically on Saturday or Sunday)
Most of the time, we do not raid before/past those times. However, there are rare occasions where we do raid beyond raid times during progression. We expect our applicants to have almost 100% attendance since we are a really small tight group.

[X]Must be experienced with current content
This is standard practice. We expect a lot from you already if you are joining us. You are expected to have a good understanding of all current Heroic encounters and abilities. Do your homework, we won't do it for you.

[X]Must be thick-skinned and able to take harsh criticism
Our guild is known for speaking our minds. We are a close group of raiders who love to talk and we try to push each other to our fullest potential. Even though every guild says you must be able to take harsh criticism, we mean it in another level. You might even get trolled here and there. So expect to get your skin roasted from time to time.

[X]Must be willing to obey the guild rules and loot decisions
We distribute loot via loot council. Our loot council is very fair and if you play well, you will get gear.

[X]Must be knowledgeable about your class.
Again, we expect a lot from you already. We not only care about what talents you've chosen, what enchants you've chosen and what gems you've chosen, but we care about WHY you chose them.

[X]Come prepared to raids.
Do not ask to go buy flasks, food, gems, etc during our raid times. We won't waste your time and we don't need you wasting ours.

[X]Must have Ventrilo and a functional microphone
This is mandatory. You do not have to talk most of the time, but there are times you will be asked to during critical moments of an encounter or after a wipe.
