About Vis Maior
Vis Maior is an extremely dedicated and well established raiding guild, its core forming back in early Everquest. We pride ourselves on maintaining a small tight-knit roster while competing for worldwide top boss kills. We were #6 US at the end of TBC, and we're locked in at #9 US heading into Ulduar. We've completed Heroic: Glory of the Raider and Glory of the Raider, and we're making sure every raider can get both achievements!

Our server, Bonechewer, is a high pop server with a great economy. The major instance lag problems we had were resolved when Blizzard hotfixed the instance servers a few weeks ago. Since the lag disappeared, we've been able to focus on getting some decent DPS parses, and in just two weeks we've gotten top 5 parses for 10 out of 18 Naxxramas encounters, including a #3 Patchwerk: WoW Meter Guild Ranking Page.

Requirements
Class: We're currently looking for a Holy Paladin and a Hunter
Raid Times: 5:30 PST - 11:00 PST Sun - Thurs. We will start earlier, end later, and raid Fridays/Saturdays during progression.
Transfer Info: Bonechewer (US). If accepted, you are expected to transfer immediately.
Skill: You must be an exceptional player. You must be thoroughly versed in all PvE aspects of your class
Attendance: We only recruit full-time raiders. You are expected to maintain near 100% attendance and will rotate with other members.
Attitude: Vis Maior is more than just a raiding guild, we're also a community. We hang out on vent before and after the raid. We play DotA, do heroics, PvP, and gear alts together. All recruits must fit into the guild atmosphere as well. Loot motivated players and drama queens need not apply.
Gear/Experience: You must have T7 quality gear and experience through at least the Eredar Twins pre-3.0. Yes, I said pre-3.0 Eredar Twins in Sunwell.
