Elitist Jerks - [Horde][Argent Dawn] <Purpose> Recruiting healers for Ulduar

<Purpose> on the Argent Dawn (PvE) server is looking for a few more raiders to round out our roster for Ulduar and beyond.

Since the guild's foundation, we have strived to complete content fastest and first, gaining every server first since the Wrath of the Lich King's launch, up to and including Obsidian Slayer, Conqueror of Naxxramas, Magic Seeker, and five class/race first server level 80 characters. In December, the guild successfully completed 3 Drake Sartharion on both 10 and 25 man modes, proving that we are in no ways competing on a server scale, instead our focus has turned to world competition. Our current focus is on hitting bosses as hard as we possibly can in a futile attempt to break the game with its own mechanics. It has been months since we have seen mechanics such as locust swarm (Anub'Rekhan) and decimate (Gluth).

That being said, the bar that we are setting for potential applicants is exceptionally high. We are expecting DPS capable of pushing at least 4,750 DPS on a 2 minute Patchwerk. (WWS, WMO)

Currently we are looking for the following classes/specs for main raid roles.

Discipline Priest (1)
Restoration Druid (1)

Any and all exceptional candidates will be taken under consideration. If you need to be told the attributes of an ideal candidate for a progression guild are, then you're probably not the type that we're looking for.

Our raiding schedule is as follows (times are EST): Sunday - Thursday(8:00pm - 12:00am)

Note: We are a progression guild, therefore it must be understood that during progression times raids may run longer than scheduled times. Likewise, if all content is cleared raids may be shorter and/or additional nights off may be scheduled. - We are currently raiding a maximum of 2 nights per week until Ulduar's release, all content is cleared in a timely manner each reset.
