Who we are
While many of us have been playing MMOGs together for upwards of nine years, Zephyros, as it is now known in WoW, really formed out of a guild alliance in Everquest in 2002.

Zephyros has been on the Kil'Jaeden server since day 1, and the principles that we gathered from EQ remain the same: strong leadership/organization, focus, dedication, maturity, careful recruitment and honor. Starting from ground zero with the rest of the server, we knew there would be tough competition from guilds from other MMOGs/servers along the way but certainly, nothing worth doing is ever easy.

The core of Zephyros is our Code of Conduct. It may seem overly strict to many but it has evolved over many years to minimize guild drama. In every social structure there is drama. The last thing a guild needs is to bring external drama in the fold. While this Code has earned us a reputation as being a bit "snobby or elitist", it has also earned the guild quite a bit of respect from friend and foe alike who understand the reasoning behind it.

We are in need of the following classes:

- Death Knight - (Tank)


Of course an exceptional applicant of any class is welcome, especially if you have more than one geared spec and are willing to fill multiple roles.

Raid Information
We are currently raiding both 10-man and 25-man content. Our raids start at 5:30pm PST Sunday-Thursday. We raid approximately 4-5 nights per week, and we do organized PvP or free time on off-raiding nights. Friday nights are always free time. We also run several guild sponsored events to keep things fun and interesting.


What we expect from you
We are looking for people that meld well with our current membership, through common goals and a strong sense of camaraderie. We recruit people over class. We want good people, with non-dysfunctional personalities, that deal well in social situations and can keep their cool when things don't go their way.

We are serious about accomplishing both PvE and PvP goals that are set in front of us, however, we also know how to have fun and are always there to help out our fellow guild members. We would expect the same from our applicants. We want to ensure that our guildies are happy and always having fun.

We expect our members and applicants to be on time and repaired for raids bringing all necessary consumables! Obviously if you are reading the Elitist Jerks forums you know exactly where to go to get the most out of your class. Of course this means nothing if you don't follow it up gear and enchants.

Perks of Joining Zephyros
We are a guild with a solid base of members that are dedicated to Zephyros. There are many long-term friendships that have developed as a result of this guild, and we hope that you will join us and build your own. We have an eclectic membership base who have a fun, professional and competitive spirit. You will never be bored in this guild, as we have members in various time zones who play at various times of the day (and night).

- Kil'Jaden is a member of the infamous and brutal Battle-group 9 (Bloodlust).
- We absolutely do not tolerate drama
- We have been raiding since MC. We have strong leaders who know the encounters through and through, and always fostering guild advancement.
- Guild sponsored PVP and PVE challenges to build teamwork and healthy spirit of competition within guild.

If you like progression and a smart/capable raiding guild that will be there tomorrow and the next day and the next, you should definitely check these guys out. I know Redshadow personally and have been a secret fan of Zephyros, following their exploits from way back in Vanilla WoW. Really is a kick butt raiding guild. Make sure you read their rules though!
