Elitist Jerks - [Horde][Shadow Council] <Exodus> Seeking Various Classes for Ulduar+

Exodus of Shadow Council (PvE-RP) is currently recruiting the following classes for 25-man Heroic raids. Exceptional applicants are considered regardless of current class needs.

About Exodus

Exodus has been an active endgame-raiding guild for over three years, and is one of the oldest and most progressed guilds on the server, clearing 4/6 Sunwell before 3.0 came around. We pride ourselves for having a social atmosphere (with humor aplenty), but we are first and foremost a goal oriented no-BS raiding guild. Once raid begins we expect our raiders to be focused and prepared, this includes studying boss fights, minimizing afk's, and bringing plenty of consumables. We value skill, dedication, and discipline above all else. Immature asshattery or emo drama-queen tantrums are not welcome.

Exodus has downed Heroic Sartharion+3D, 6 minute Malygos and is currently preparing for upcoming Ulduar raids and working on finishing up Heroic: Glory of the Raider(Immortal remaining).

Requirements

- Heroic/Normal T7 or equivalent gear.
- Some previous raiding experience.
- Theorycrafting knowledge using the best resources available to you(maxdps.com, elitistjerks.com, etc)
- Addons such as Omen and Deadly Boss Mods (other class-specific addons may also be required).
- Vent installed.
- Stable internet connection.
- A reliable computer (constant lag, poor FPS, or crashing not acceptable).
- Able to maintain ~80% attendance.
- Able to handle constructive criticism.

Raid Schedule

Exodus raids Sundays to Thursdays 7pm to ~11pm Server Time (Mountain Time). At Exodus we understand real life happens, our philosophy has always been RL > WoW. However, as a full-time raiding guild we do expect raiders to maintain ~80% attendance. Raiders are expected to post on our scheduling forums in advance of missing raids.

Loot

Exodus uses a Council loot distribution system. First and foremost, loot is distributed in a way that best benefits guild progression, not individual egos. Bias is kept to a minimum, and all loot is publicly tracked on our forums.
