Aeon is looking for some skilled players to help fill our ranks while we work our way through Ulduar. We cleared the entirety of pre-3.1 raid content, including Sarth 3D in both 10 and 25-man versions.


Our raid schedule:
Our focus is primarily 25 man PVE content, which we raid Monday through Thursday 8pm to midnight PST (as existing content permits). We do schedule 10-mans over the weekend for fun and to bridge gear gaps if necessary, but they're not mandatory - Friday through Sunday are typically off-nights.


We're looking for applicants that meet or exceed the following criteria:
*Submit a well-thought-out application. I won’t go so far as to say we're grammar Nazis, but at least present yourself in a intelligent manner – be honest and forthright in your application.
*We have made exceptions, but prefer applicants to be 18 or over. If your mommy and daddy determine if and when you play, this is not the right guild for you. Similarly, if you're an adult but your significant other forces you to afk excessively, you will be benched early and often.
*Attend 80% or more of our 25 man raids. Real life happens and we understand this, but if you apply to be a raider – you need to make most raids.
*Come prepared to raids. Time and time again, applicants/trial members show up unprepared and/or whine about their expenses. If you're not dedicated enough to farm or purchase what you need to make you the most effective you can be in raids (consumables, regents, gems, enchants, glyphs spec-appropriate, repair costs etc.), we're not the right fit for you.
*Know your class! Research the encounters and your role in them. We're willing to help folks to a degree, but we shouldn't have to re-invent the wheel. There is endless information out there, use it.
*Listen to directions and be willing to take criticism. We try to keep the raid environment as fun as possible; however, continual retardation doesn't go over well. If you're looking for a guild/raid leader that is all sunshine and rainbows, no matter the circumstance or how poor you're performing – we're not it.
*Raid-capable computer and net is mandatory. We're fully aware not everyone has the means or the knowledge to run a perfect system, and net issues are often unavoidable. However, if your comp/net is so unstable that you're a frequent distraction to our raids, you'll be viewed as a liability and benched.
*We're NOT looking for...attention whores, drama queens and all-around cry babies. If your personality is such that you need to be coddled, don't even bother applying.

High Need:
1 - Holy Paladin
1-2 - Resto Druids
1 - Resto Shaman
Tentatively: tank (any class, though preferably DK or protadin)

While it isn't an immediate need, we require a few more of the following to help fill our ranks.
1 - Mage
1 - Shadow Priest
1 - Ret Paladin
1 - Arms Warrior
1 - Rogue

One final bit of information. We DO NOT guarantee raid spots to anyone, to include the officers. Raid spots are based on many factors, encounter need, class balance as well as player gear and skill (or lack thereof), but mostly raid spots are earned.
