Ðeadline is looking to recruit:

We are always looking for exceptional players from any class. If you think you are an exceptional, dedicated, hardcore player then don't hesitate to apply.

So what is Ðeadline?
Ðeadline has been around for about 4 months on Bleeding Hollow(PvP-EST) and has an exceptional officer core and about half of the raid core filled out with top-notch players. We are looking to strengthen the rest of the raid core with hardcore, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and skilled players. We captured 2nd place on the server for Sarth 3D 10-man (took us two attempts to down it) and missed first place by 20 minutes. We achieved server first Glory of the Raider.

Currently our schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, Monday from 8:00PM to 12:00 AM with invites starting at 7:30. When Ulduar comes out we will be hitting up Tuesday nights but will eventually go back to the 4-day a week schedule once the server first kill frenzy is over with, and then down to two or so nights when it's on farm.

Our Goals:
Ðeadline is currently a semi-hardcore raiding guild with a few people in the raid that are holding us back from becoming hardcore. We want to push to become a top 200 world guild and beyond. This will take both time and effort, and we are willing to invest both in order to make it happen.

Our raid style:
We are extremely focused during the raid. We don't like down time and our tanks are extremely impatient and pull quickly but efficiently. We tend to run a bit caster heavy, or at least we do with Naxx. Ulduar is looking to be a bit more balanced for melee so that could change.

Our raid leader is stern and serious. If you mess around you will be dealt with promptly.

What we expect of you:
We expect our recruits to be knowledgeable in their class. This means knowing how to gem your gear for the current tier that you're in (i.e. stats become better than others at certain limits), how to enchant properly, and how to spec properly for that night. If there is a buff missing we expect you to spec in to it to make sure it's covered.

We expect you to know your rotations in your sleep and be able to pick up encounters quickly. This means being proactive and taking the time to read up about boss abilities before we get there. We are a progression guild, we will not hold your hand else you will be replaced.

EDIT:
As of 4/8/09 we finally completed our Heroic: Glory of the Raider achievement and have our Black Protos to prove it. In the meantime we were also featured on the World of Raids front page(bit.ly/wCOBV) with our, admittedly slow, 83 second Sarth 3D kill. We'll be working on getting that time down, and finishing up a few 25 man achievements that some of our raid core might have been absent for until Ulduar is released and we can get back to real progression raiding.
