Rancor Guild, Kael'Thas server (CST) Raiding, 3 days a week. Tues/Thurs/Sat currently

A quick history on the guild. In TBC we were just a family guild who ran Kara/ZA and Gruuls/Mag with other guilds and got a taste of raiding. With the start of WOTLK we decided to progress into 25man territory. We quickly passed other well established guilds on our server and are looking for some solid raiders with experience to round out our 25man team (we currently are raiding actively, but there are a few raid buffs missing and slots we'd like to fill). We are currently farming Naxx and Sarth (with 1 drake). We have downed 2D Sarth several times and are ready to go for 3D. We are looking for competent players who do their homework and come prepared so we can progress further pre 3.1 (3 Drake Sartharion and Malygos).

We raid currently Tues/Thurs/Sat 7:00 server time-11:00 server time. (There is a chance we are going to move Saturdays to Mondays.)

About You
-You come on time, come prepared and are reliable
-You do your homework. What we mean by this is people who take the time to read up on boss fights and take time to learn their classes and know them inside and out
-You are going to raid the entire time we raid
-You are not against the use of foul language/cursing, this is mainly an adult guild and adult language does fly from time to time
-You are not afraid of wiping on progression nights and will be prepared (We know we said prepared before, but come with your proper flasks, food buffs, and reagents)
-You want to progress as quickly and painlessly as possible through smart play
-You push yourself to be better and can step in and be competitive with our top players
-You make use of your own resources such as EJ, wowinsider, and so on
-You want to see end game content sooner than later
