About the opportunity
We are a small guild with full time main raiding positions available. These are not bench positions these are raid spots.

About the Guild
<Bane> is a raiding guild on the Farstriders server. We raid during EST times with players that hold themselves to exceptionally high standards. As a guild we expect applicants and members to always come prepared with consumables (rule of thumb keep 2 days worth in your bags) , a positive attitude, best enchants/gems possible, enough gold for repairs and the like as well as a very high (85%+) raid attendance. You have be able to take criticism seriously and improve upon any of your weaknesses be it healing, DPS or movement during a specific encounter. <Bane> has a history of excellence spanning 3 years of raiding. We have cleared every raid zone created during the appropriate expansion pack, and sometimes we go back to kill bosses like Illidan or Kil'jaeden for old times sake.

About the Farstriders server
RP server <Bane> participates in occasional RP events but RP is not mandatory in our guild.

Sunday-Thursday 6:45 - 11:00 PM EST.

What we expect from you:
-You must be 18 years or older.
-You are required to carry 2 full raid nights worth of consumable including healing or mana potions in your bags at all times.
-You are expected to keep up to date with changes to your class / the game.
-You are expected to research strategies and know your role in current raid content.
-You are expected to research the Best in Slot items for your Raiding Spec.
-You are expected to be correctly talent specced and have appropriate gear itemization.
-Your PC and connection MUST be able to support a 25-man raid environment without disconnecting or lagging.
-High attendance (85%) is expected and required weekly.
-Must be open to rotating spots and being available on stand by.
-Must have a HEADSET and ventrillo

Loot distribution is handled via a loot council. We do not tolerate or condone ANY arguments, greediness, or childishness regarding loot. Loot is distributed to benefit <Bane>, not any one raider. Consistent attendance, good performance, biggest upgrade, and willingness to do what is best for the guild are taken into account when loot is discussed.
