(Ranking based off wowprogress.com achievement rankings, taking into consideration difficult achievements rather than first-kills exclusively)

Premonition is a world-class guild that has been competitive in kill rankings since Black Temple, ending up US 11th. In Sunwell our push for progression netted us a US 1st Felmyst and Eredar Twins, a US 2nd Brutallus and M'uru, and a US 3rd Kil'Jaeden. In WoTLK so far we've obtained the world first (previously) 5-minute Malygos (Heroic: You Don't Have An Eternity), World 2nd / US 1st Heroic: Glory of the Raider, as well as world firsts on XT-002 Deconstructor, Kologarn, Hodir, Freya, Thorim, Mimiron, and world third Yogg Saron. We've maintained an active and recognized (both officially and unofficially) presence in raid testing and class and encounter balancing on the PTR's.

Premonition is looking for a few raiders. We have a very small roster, and would like to have a bit more flexibility redundancy in the case exceptional stacking is beneficial, or some people miss raids.

Currently we have around 28 regular raiders, which means nearly everyone is automatically in every raid. Our players are highly encouraged to have alternate characters that are equally as geared as their mains, which they can play as well. This allows us to have a raid group that can change its composition fairly drastically, without requiring a complete shift in the individual players we bring.

So far, we like this set up. However, we are currently interested in picking up a few players listed below. If you are another class not listed here, but feel you're the type of player we are looking for, there's still a good chance we will consider you for recruitment.

Druid
Ability to play all 3 specs is highly beneficial, but not required. Resto / Balance would be the most useful, but any combination of the 2 specs of the druid. If you can only play one, but you know you can play it exceptionally well, this could also work.

Ranged DPS
Looking for 1 Ranged DPS of the Mage/Warlock/Hunter variety.

Paladin
Retribution mainly, but ability to play Holy. Not a need for a protection interest, but that wont hurt you at all.

In all cases, you are expected to know the ins and outs of your class, and keep up to date on all of the changes and proposed changes that your class sees on PTR's and the like. If you have alternate characters that are appropriately geared that you can also play competently, this will only help your case, even if it's not a case we're particularly "looking for".
