<Spite> Alliance, Laughing Skull (PvP, CST) is looking to improve its roster for Ulduar and hardmodes.

*Please note that we are willing to consider skilled applicants of any class, and the classes listed above are simply our primary interest. As long as the role is adequately filled we're not particularly picky on the class specifically (unless necessary for synergy/gimmicks). More detail is available at http://www.spitelings.com. About us:

Spite is one of the oldest Alliance raiding guilds on Laughing Skull. We formed shortly after WoW's launch, and many of our founding members raided together even before that in EverQuest. We've currently cleared all content, including Sartharion + 3 Drakes on both 10 and 25. We're presently farming for elusive best-in-slot pieces, wrapping up achievements (Immortal remains), and of course carefully fine tuning our raid composition in anticipation of Ulduar and the new hardmodes it will bring. We have some casual guild roots, and as such maintain a casual/social rank for non-raiding friends and family members, but we are not a casual guild, and take raiding quite seriously.

We raid 5 nights a week from 7:00-11:00 CST (Or we will when content allows). Spite prides itself on being a low-drama guild and staying "under the radar." We ask that our members refrain from arguments, flame wars, and trolling in public forums and channels.


About you:

We are looking for applicants who excel at their class: players who know their class inside and out and are always looking to improve their play. You should be able to take constructive criticism in stride, maintain the quality of your raid performance in high pressure situations where the smallest mistake can cost the fight (E.g. Immortal runs, hardmode progression, etc) . You should be reliably available, as we are only looking to add full time players, and show up prepared. You should prefer to stay out of public forums and channels when possible, using them only for necessary purposes (LFG, Trading, etc) and not engaging in arguments or generally trolling/spamming. You should enjoy discussing your class mechanics. And you should have experience with all current WotLK fights.

Ideal applicants will enjoy theorycrafting, have experience with test realm fights, and have killed Sartharion + 3 Drakes in at least one mode of difficulty (preferably both). Hybrid applicants would ideally excel at multiple roles. A character copied to Broxigar for testing is a plus.
