About Us:

Our guild is one of the oldest and most stable one on Cenarius (US-PvE-PST), an original launch server. We specialize in maintaining real life/raid balance and at the same time clear all content at an extremely brisk pace. We only raid 3 Nights a week. We always plan to push hard for progression, with emphasis on Perfect Play at all times to make full use of our short raid time. Most of our members are working adults, who work hard to achieve work/life balance outside the game and raid/real life balance in game.

Wednesday : 7.00pm - 11.30pm

Thursday : 7.00pm - 11.30pm

Monday : 7.00pm - 11.30pm

Attendance is expected to be 90% or better for all raids.

Our guild takes pride in its good reputation on Cenarius. We are not a segregated group of individuals who have no ties outside of our own guild. To that end our weekly PUG raids have been an almost essential part of the AK experience for the past 2 years. We have made many many friends outside our guild and helped the community see content, who in turn have helped us out when we needed them. This is an ongoing project and will continue forward. Raider Expectations:

We have a small raiding core, with players who have been part of the force for many years.

We are looking for hardcore raiders who are not hardcore because of the amount of time they spend raiding, but the percentage of time they spend in raids that is mistake free. Most of our officers never cratered on Archimonde, they never fell off the ledge on twins or died to the bomb on Kil'jaeden. These are the qualities that are most appreciated in our guild.

Being able to play at least two, if not all specs of your class is encouraged. Up to date knowledge of these specs in a raid environment is a must, but more importantly the ability to apply that knowledge to maximize survival and then throughput is what is needed most. An ideal recruit may not top the damage/healing charts, but will be essentially invisible to the raid leaders eye due to not making mistakes.

We realize that stacking can be sometimes the difference between getting that kill, or wiping to the same boss for 2 more weeks (given our short raid time). Thus, having raiders who play multiple roles helps us achieve our goals. Any recruits are encouraged to invest in their alts, if they have interest in doing so.
