Who we are:

Edge was formed on December 20th, 2006 with the intent to pursue end-game content to the fullest and have a good time while doing so. Edge is comprised of veterans from other MMO’s and talented newcomers alike. We are laid back people from all walks of life here to enjoy the World of Warcraft and be on the bleeding edge of progression. We have a mature membership and you can expect M-rated guild chat, forums, and vent with us.

Progression:

In The Burning Crusade we claimed 4 server firsts in Sunwell. Pre-3.0 server firsts included Felmyst, Twins, Mu'ru, while getting KJ to 30%. We claimed the server first on KJ Post-3.0. Currently in Wrath of the Lich King we have claimed server first clears of Naxx25, Malygos25, Sartharion25 +3drakes, Sartharion10 +3Drakes, Yogg-Saron25, and other assorted achievements.

Who are we looking for:

Exceptional Warlock Protection Warrior, DPS Warrior, Shadow Priest, Discipline Priest

Analytical - Always looking for ways to improve their own performance and contribute to overall raid optimization and strategy.

Competitive - As an individual, but more importantly you want to see bosses die. Selfish meter chasers who put individual performance over the good of the raid need not apply.

Aware - Tunnel vision will get you killed at best and wipe the raid at worst. Exceptional situational awareness is a must.

Social - Interested in participating in guild activities outside of raids. From instances to pvp to bizarre guild chat, we want people who enjoy playing and enjoy each other’s company.

Expectation

Being a part of Edge means you have the drive to be on the bleeding edge of progression on Garona and you are going to play your class to its maximum capabilities. We expect you to know your class inside and out, be informed of boss strategies, and excel when in action. If you come to raids unprepared and playing poorly, you are not living up to our expectations. Know your class, know the fights, and be prepared to be awesome when you come to raids.

We use loot council to distribute loot and our raid schedule is:

Sunday 7:00-11:30
Monday 7:00-11:30
Tuesday 7:00-11:30
Thursday 7:00-11:30 (CST)
