Our raid schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 10:30pm server time. Progression raids will begin earlier and end later. Guild members are expected to attend PTR raids.

Loot is distributed by a DKP system (capped at 100). Each raid zone has its own separate DKP.

<CUTIES ONLY> is a hardcore raiding guild that strives to push the limits of this game. We only raid 4 days a week (16 hours) as our mandatory schedule. Despite raiding half the time of most top echelon guilds we are still able to hold extremely competitive rankings amongst them. We take pride in maximizing our short raid week with very fast and efficient raids. As of March 17, 2009 we set the world record for the fastest Naxx clear to date at 1 hour 20 minutes. We also hold/have held numerous records on WMO for boss kill times. In addition, many of our raiders keep a number of appearances on DPS/eHPS/TPS scoreboards.

On Friday, April 17, we managed to get the 4th US Yogg Seron kill after only about 8 hours of attempts all together. We plan to keep top ranks through hard modes of Ulduar.

Many of our members also enjoy the PvP aspects of WoW. We are home to one of the best 5v5 teams in the Burning Crusade, JAC (Jolly Asian Clams), which earned Merciless Gladiator/Brutal Gladiator Titles. The guild is also home to many other gladiators.

We are looking for the best of the best US horde has to offer. What sets us apart from many other top guilds is our strict expectation from our members. We stress performance output religiously and expect continuous flawless play from our raiders. Even though one might believe the skill cap in WoW is low, he or she must always strive to improve from raid to raid, even if you believe you are as good as it gets. Again, we want the best players US horde has to offer.



What do we expect from our applicants

1. Fluid Performance - Every encounter is different, and how you mold your DPS (or HPS) strategy around the niches of an encounter determines how much you can maximize your output. People who can adapt to every encounter, new or old, on the turn of a dime, are the people we want.

2. Perfect Awareness - Maximum performance is definitely necessary, but we aren't interested in people who tunnel vision their Recount or raid frames. We want players who can adapt quickly and effectively against raid encounters while maximizing their output. IE: don't die to fire.

3. Learning Attitude - It's very rare to find someone who is perfect at everything they do. We're not saying we do not condone a small level arrogance; but in a raid environment, especially during progression, people must be open to criticism and correction of their personal strategy against an encounter. We are looking for people who do not have crutches (like the need to be reminded of abilities on ventrilo) or even a bar timer, we want people who can hold themselves up while doing #1 and #2 perfectly.
