About us:
Insomnia is a guild with the goal of enjoying the World of Warcraft. The guild is based on an ambitious atmosphere where its members work together to create an enjoyable environment for us all to have fun. Insomnia works together as one and has no place for those with their own personal agendas. Our strong sense of teamwork allows us to reach the otherwise, seemingly impossible, highest peaks of the game. We also believe that raid achievements are an important part of progression, so we approach them with all seriousness.

Who we are looking for:
Above all, we are looking for people who can play this game and their chosen classes at levels well above average. We want people we can depend on. We want people whose play schedules mesh with the majority of our current members. We also want people that are as dedicated to World of Warcraft as we are. By being a part of Insomnia, you are expected to be there for those around you to rely on, and to trust and be able to rely on those around you as well.

Our requirements:
- Level 80.
- The ability to raid from 6pm – 12:00am PST Sunday through Thursday with a respectable attendance record.
- Enjoy both PvP and PvE.
- Display dedication and motivation.
- Be a team player, 'There is no "I" in team'.
- Have the patience and bankroll to cope with the chain wiping that is part of progression raiding.
- Have Ventrilo and a mic. If you do not like to talk on vent, you should still be able to reply when we need you to via Ventrilo.
- The ability to complete certain things on your own: farm for your repair costs, get potions, etc. Time invested outside of raids is expected.
- A computer and ISP that can handle all raid content without issues.

The specifics:
Our recruiting philosophy is that no class or spec is too full to accept at least 1 more quality applicant. If you can deliver great performance, possess solid experience and knowledge of your class, and maintain consistent attendance, we'd be very interested in hearing from you.
