Hard Mode is currently recruiting the following, all recruits must have optimal raiding specs:


Druid: 1 Boomkin
Hunter: 2
Mage: 2
Paladin: 1 Holy/Prot Paladin
Priest: 1 Shadow Priest
Warlock: 1
Warrior: 1



About us:

Hard Mode's primary focus is on downing hard content. We believe that accomplishing the hardest objectives possible in the game as a team is what makes it worth playing. We don't do it for the bragging rights, we do it because it's how we have fun. Our team is based on strong teamwork, ability, reliability, and commitment. We have no room and no time for anyone who isn't a team player.

What we expect from our applicants:


The ability to raid from 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m EST Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Self-motivation - we expect you to perform at your best without outside motivation.

Dedication - you must be able to commit yourself to doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

Attendance - we expect our raiders to hold high attendance.

We expect all of our applicants to have a team-oriented attitude.

We expect all of our applicants to have a computer and internet connection that can handle the raid content.



What you as an applicant can expect from us:


A fair and balanced loot system.

A progression oriented raid every raid day, specifically hard mode content.

Materials for enchants and gems provided by the guild bank for upgraded equipment.

Repairs courtesy of the guild bank on a "hard" progression fight, at the discretion of the raid leader.

Clear and concise directions over Ventrilo.

Focused raiding atmosphere. We still have fun during farm content and trash, but when it comes to progression, we focus solely on bringing that boss down.

Ulduar-10: 10/14
Ulduar-25: 0/14

We have yet to down any bosses in Ulduar-25 primarily due to our lack of raiders. We recently split from a guild failing to get further than the first two bosses in Ulduar-25. And so, all that we are lacking to see the same progress in Ulduar-25 are exceptional applicants.
