Who We Are
Laceratus was formed early in TBC and has become a top Alliance guild on the Illidan PvP server. We rely on a small roster of close knit raiders to continue our constant progression while maintaining a casual schedule. Because of this, we offer several things that many guilds can't. While achieving competitive progression, you will have plenty of time for real-life, PvP, farming, or whatever it is you like to do. You will also be guaranteed raid time as a member since we do not over recruit. Our guild is well respected on the server and is a clique-free, drama-free zone. The server itself is host to an amazing community of players who excel at both PvP and PvE.

With Yogg now down, we will begin to focus on Hodir's hard mode first.

Who Do We Want
What we are looking for are raiders with the a great attitude, solid attendance, thirst for knowledge, and dependable performance. We want people who care about achievements, the guild's rank and seek competitive performance. We're looking for a handful of members to replace those that aren't meeting our requirements. Overall, we could use an off-tank, a healer, and a few dps. We will consider any great applications but the following class are in the most demand.

Shaman - Elemental & Enchance

What Do We Expect
You must have 75% or higher attendance and show up on time.
You must know all fights prior to engaging them.
You must be completely prepared with proper quantities of all consumables.
You must be an active participant within our forums, vent, and groups, and chats. Communication is key.
You must understand the inner workings of your class to it's full potential.
