We've achieved top 75 US Immortal in Naxx and a couple of top US kills so far. We are currently pushing Thorim, Freya and Hodir hard modes in Ulduar 25s.

<Biased> has been around for over a year. We are a very small (<30 raiders counting trials) guild with a hardcore but relaxed atmosphere. We do not go past 1 am, rarely past 12; we don't raid Fridays/Saturdays. We focus on quality attempts over quantity. Most of our current Ulduar bosses have been 1-5 shot with zero PTR experience. Mimiron/General each took about 1-2 hours (counting general's trash).

We have cleared all pre-Ulduar content, including server first Sartharion with 3 Drakes up, and are recruiting full time raiders for main spots, not backups or fillers. Our current core raid roster is at around 20 and we are looking to improve our core by a few exceptional slots. You must be able to maintain 100% attendance and be very intuitive.

We are only interested in current and future achievement progression oriented raiding. Whether you like it or not, achievements are here to stay; if you just want to kill bosses for some purples, we're not the guild for you.

Our current focus is on finding players who do not simply top meters but do it with creativity and style. We are interested in people who create their own spreadsheets, theorycraft original talents and gear choices, make their own (smart) clutch calls during boss fights without having us babysit you, are vocal and display leadership attributes, etc.. We are NOT looking for someone to only do X amount of damage/healing on a Y boss and log off. We need players who stand out.

Gear/previous experience in WoW does not matter but it is a bonus if you play(ed) RTS/FPS games. Despite the class preferences listed above, if you are an exceptional player, we will have a spot for you, your alt, your offspec, etc. Or we can have one of our core raiders change specs if you don't have an offspec (almost everyone in the guild is dual or tri spec for maximum flexibility). Don't be afraid to talk to us, as we have become fairly good at filtering people out prior to their trials so if you are not what we're looking for, we will not have you dropping your current guild and taking an unnecessary risk.
