Who We Are
Remnant is a focused, progression-driven guild located on the PvE server Khadgar in the Stormstrike battlegroup. After a long hiatus at the end of The Burning Crusade and the first few months of Wrath, a core group of original members resurrected Remnant on March 01, 2009. Remnant was the top Horde guild in Vanilla, and number one guild on the server during Burning Crusade. We aim to uphold the history of competitive game-play, innovative strategy, and crazy shenanigans that Remnant was known for.
We have multiple Ulduar server-first kills in both 25-man and 10-man raids. With Yogg-Saron down, we are now focusing on hard modes. For a more comprehensive overview of our 25-man progress and server ranking, please check out

Remnant's open, progressive raiding style provides a communicative atmosphere for our engaging and competitive raiders. We are not a gaming guild (you won't have to hunt us down on xBox live to get a raid started). We are students, engineers, doctors, and military professionals who happen to enjoy quick, entertaining progression in Warcraft content. We are interested in challenging ourselves; we don't need server acknowledgment on forums or in /trade to be the best guild we can.

Raid Schedule
Remnant is on an
Eastern Standard Time server, and although we may start earlier and run later during progression, our standard raid times are as follows:
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday/Monday: 7 pm until 11 pm
We stick to our raid schedule with no bullsh!t about being a casual, four nights a week guild. Some nights might find us running FL with 20 people for an early start at 6:40, or running until 11:15 if we've got an eminent HM kill. Anything outside of 7-11 on our five raid nights a week is strictly on an interest-only basis.
Recruiting
We are actively recruiting exceptional players of any class. However, we are more in need of the following classes/specs:
- resto/boomkin druid
- holy/ret paladin
- rogue
- enhance shaman
- holy/disc priest
Who You Are
You are...
- focused and dedicated. You come to raids prepared with consumables and have read, if not contributed to, our strategy sessions on guild forums, and have a focused, team oriented attitude.
- able to understand criticism and improve from suggestions. You readily take responsibility for your mistakes and are eager to improve your play style.
- able to communicate effectively and have a good sense of humor.
- experienced and very familiar with progressive raiding. You may not have raided Vanilla, but you have extensive TBC and most definitely Wrath experience.
- versatile. You know your class, inside and out, and you are able to wrap your head around different raid roles effectively and efficiently.
- crazy like a fox. You enjoy fucking shit up, and coming up with new ways to do so, whether it entails World PvP or a boss strat that's completely off-the-charts nuts, but just...might...work. Understanding the complexities and weaknesses of Skynet is also a bonus.
