About US:
We are a new guild, formed on blackhand, first Nephelim the GM was approached with an amazing opportunity to lead a sponsered guild by his employer, which is wanting to become a top US guild over the next few major content patches.

We seek experienced and committed end game raiders, guild officers & experienced raid leaders. Strong verbal and written communication skills are requested. Again we look to be the best so we want only the best, although we are not neccesarily recruiting for these positions we want all of our players to have these experiences. Although we are recruiting all classes and specs, the core raider opening are very few, we want to eliminate allt eh players who cannot meet our attendance requirements.

We are a CST Blackhand PVE Alliance guild, we are a guild, which will reward the top players of the guild for the success of the guild and raid content. If you really are the BEST of the BEST, now is the time to prove it, we are not simply looking to see all the content, we are looking to push through it and be some of the pioneers knocking out the hard mode encounters and fighting for server firsts!


Our raid schedule will be as follows (Central time)

Sunday 6:00 -12 PM ST

Monday off

Tuesday 7:00 - 11 PM ST

Wednesday 7:00 - 11 PM ST

Thursday 7:00 -11 PM ST

Friday OFF (Optional 10 Man Ulduar)

Saturday OFF (Optional 10 Man Ulduar)

12/14 25 man progression.



During progression, we may go later as well as add Monday/Friday/ or Saturday to the schedule. Attendance is expected to be 80% or better for all raids. Loot is handled by EP/GP system

Our Expectations:

Our raid core will be very small, so we expect several non-negotiable traits in our applicants.

We're looking for hardcore raiders with extensive raid experience. Please don't waste our time and we won't waste yours. Every applicant should be extremely dedicated to the class and spec he has chosen. Consumables, gems, enchants, and even professions should be selected to maximize raid performance. Basically time or cost should NOT be a determining factor in raid preparation or performance.

In addition to dedication, all applicants should have a strong sense of self-motivation and a desire to be the best. Everyone is expected to give 110% effort all the time. That being said, however, it’s also important to mesh well with the raiding core. We have a team mentality while raiding and showing up with a poor attitude or a chip on your shoulder is not conducive to good teamwork.

Particularly pertinent to us is your ability to perform in our raid environment. <Paradigm Shift> is going to hold extremely high standards and once established will be looking to race for server firsts with the coming of new content in 3.2, we are also going to make a hard push to surpass the mediocre guilds that litter the server.

About the Sponsorship:
Initially it will be smaller items like game cards for several members on a monthly basis, to $50-$100 AMEX gift cards as well as repairs for all guild sponsored runs. Once we begin to establish a name for ourselves the benefits will grow to include things such as ipods, high end video cards, processors, motherboards, and even all out gamin machines! That being said, we can easily spot those who are out to try and reap the sponsorship awards and not the guild, we have already removed several players for this. So keep in mind, the sponsorship rewards the elite play, the elite dedication, and the elite selfishness! Look at the sponsorship as an additional reward to go along with the reward and enjoyment of being surrounded by like minded and skilled players as you blaze through content earning server firsts and the recognition in game that comes with it!
