About Us
Adjective Noun Raiding (ANR) is an Alliance-side raiding coalition on the Earthen Ring server (EST) that runs 25-person content. Our members are experienced raiders from a diversity of raiding backgrounds, many of whom have been raiding together since vanilla. We share an interest in progress-oriented raiding and believe that you don't have to join a raiding guild find competent, skilled players capable of high-end raiding.

ANR recognizes that there's a delicate balance between wanting to kill Arthas and having a life/job/significant other/cat/etc. As such, we only raid three days a week:

Wednesday, 8pm-11pm
Thursday, 8pm-11pm
Sunday, 7:30pm-11pm.

We aim to make the most of our limited raid schedule by emphasizing quality over quantity of in-game time. Thus far, we've had great success with this short-but-dedicated raid schedule. Pre-3.1 we cleared all of the 25-man raid content (becoming Twilight Vanquishers in the process) and we're currently pushing our way through Ulduar (10/14).

ANR maintains a small, tight roster of no more than 35 raiders. This allows us to reduce the learning curve from night-to-night and ensures that all of our members receive significant raid time. We expect raiders to be available for at least two out of three of our regular raid nights, but most members choose to raid all three days. We post raid rosters a week in advance to help raiders plan their schedules around raid days and utilize a modified form of the Suicide Kings loot system that doesn't penalize players for missing the occasional raid.

Because ANR is a raid coalition, members are not required to join a guild, nor leave their current guild to raid with us. In addition, ANR does not require members to save their 10-man lockouts and encourages members to do non-heroic raids with their friends and guildmates in their free time.


Recruitment Needs
Due to the inevitable roster turnover that comes with the summer months, we're looking to fill the following spots:

* One tank. We'd love a feral tank, but we're willing to look at any candidate.
* Two healers. A priest and a shaman are ideal, but we'd also consider another resto druid.
* Two ranged DPS. We're looking for one or more of the following: warlock, elemental shaman, shadow priest.

As with any raiding group, we're always willing to receive applications from skilled players, regardless of our recruiting needs.
