High Caliber is a raiding guild on the Kel'Thuzad PvP Server. We've cleared all available WOTLK raiding content (including 3 Drake Sartharion, The Immortal, H:GotR) and are recruiting a few classes to complete our raiding roster for progression on hard mode content in Ulduar. Currently we're looking for:

- Druid (RESTO): 1
- Priest (Shadow): 1

About the Guild:
High Caliber is a mix and mash of personalities all with a common goal: conquering end-game raiding. We are well-established on our realm and have been together since launch day. We have cleared up to Sapphiron in Vanilla, cleared M'uru pre-nerf and eventually Kil'Jaeden, and have continued with this into Wrath of the Lich King. A great deal of top tier guilds exist on our server across both factions, and we are aiming to get up there progression-wise by competing for server firsts and realm titles.

With the new direction of WotLK raiding, achievements and hard mode encounters are the new challenge for us to conquer. After defeating Yogg-Saron, clearing hard modes and Algalon the Observer are next on the list. Traditionally we have been running a very tight group of raiders and rarely ever needed to recruit, but we are transitioning into a summer raiding schedule and are looking to bolster our ranks.

The guild as a whole is full of people that do classic raids, participate in arena, run BGs, earn achievements, run heroics, and just plain socialize in guild chat. We invite anyone wanting the tag that wants to socialize or PvP. We allow our members to freely express themselves while in the guild, and sometimes we have crude senses of humor (see our forums for examples).

Raid Schedule:
Our raiding schedule is 7 - 11pm Server time (MST). Sunday through Thursday. Please make sure you're able to make at least 85% of our progression raids before applying. If you have to miss an occasional raid, that's fine. Please keep in mind that we are looking for core raiders. Only apply if you can make our raids.

Gear, Experience, and Attitude Requirements:
- Be in mostly Naxx25/Sarth/Malygos25 BiS gear. Ulduar25 or Ulduar10 gear is a definite bonus. Your gear also needs to have the best enchants and gems possible. Our gear requirements are not set in stone - if you seem like you would be a good addition to our raid force, we'll likely try you out regardless of your gear.

- We use a Closed Bidding DKP system for loot distribution. Our system is fair and new members will be able to compete for all but the rarest gear straight away.

- All of our raiders are expected to be properly prepared for at least four hours of raiding prior to showing up. This includes being 100% repaired, stocked up on reagents and/or ammunition, consumables (including speed potions), and flasks/elixirs. We offer a special discount on flasks from our guild bank, so there is zero excuse for not being prepared!

- Raid attendance, availability and competence are our primary requirements as these are not 'bench' spots. You will be actively raiding, accumulating DKP, and getting upgrades to your gear.

- Know your class/spec and enjoy it. If you don't like to heal, don't apply as a resto shaman.

- Be willing to take constructive criticism and tolerate less than constructive criticism from others. No drama queens wanted!
