Who We Are
Ater Latus is an Alliance guild on Dunemaul-PVP originally from Kalecgos-PVP. Our definition of hardcore is playing with a sincere interest in doing so well and having the discipline to put in the time and effort needed. We respect the time our raiders give us and attempt to build the best raid possible to compliment this time and effort. We are a fun loving and friendly group at our heart and pride ourselves on being LGB friendly and nondiscriminatory of any lifestyle, religion or ethnicity. If you can take a harmless, goodhearted joke, you'll fit in nicely. We have many boss kill videos posted on Youtube (search for Ater Latus).

Progression
We have cleared 13/14 in Heroic Ulduar and were second on our server and Alliance first to kill Yogg-Saron. We've cleared 4 tower Flame Leviathan and have Heartbreaker, Hard Mode Assembly of Iron, Hard Mode Hodir, Hard Mode Thorim, Hard Mode General Vezax and 3 Light Yogg-Saron. We have nearly 20 players in our guild with Glory of the Ulduar Raider (10 player) and working on Algalon. We were the second guild on our server and first on Alliance with the legendary mace. Pre-BC we cleared all content and in BC we cleared 5/6 in Sunwell.

Expectations
Skill: We hold our raiders up to high standards of skill and participation. If you keyboard turn or click, you need not apply.

Attendance: We encourage our raiders to make as many raids as they possibly can and require at the least 80% raid attendance. We want players who still enjoy this game and don't just log on for raids and/or constantly complain about how much they hate the game.

Machina: We prefer our raiders have decent computers that can handle fights like Hodir with good FPS and very rarely, if ever, a random disconnect.

Gear: We expect our raiders to have gear appropriate for our progression level - we aren't Ensidia so it's unreasonable to expect applicants to be decked out in full BIS but all gear should be enchanted and gem'd properly.

Personality: We don't appreciate drama or tolerate it for long. We want players who are friendly and don't clash with each other. Those who like to make fools of themselves on the worldofwarcraft.com forums or in trade chat need not apply.

Preparation and Experience: Ideal applicants will have experience killing Yogg-Saron and have a few hard mode achievements in 10 and 25 man. They will have read the strats and seen videos or attempted One Light In The Darkness before if they don't have that achievement. They will always have food and flask and be ready to pull by 6:15pm on raid nights.
