We are a very solid and consistent raiding guild. BLD has been an active raiding guild for over 2 years and at our core is group that has played together for much of those 2+ years. The guild in general is based around providing a casual and fun atmosphere. Outside of the game our forums are very active, with many members contributing with theorycrafting, boss strategies, casual conversations, and even forum games from time to time. Aside from the fun atmosphere we have very focused raids, a necessity with a 9 hour raid week. As a group we try to improve every member and set everyone up to be the best player they can be.

For loot distribution in our 25 person raids we utilize a DKP system that has remained in the same basic form since our beginnings. You earn by being available to raid, and for downing bosses. Our newer members have said that even starting out is simple and will reward you regardless of dkp totals.

Raid performance tracking is maintained internally. Our system is much like wow web stats, just self hosted for ease of use.

The officer and advising crew has been together for a long time. Many having played and raided together well into Vanilla WoW. In my (very biased) opinion we are very approachable and willing to help in anyway we can. Feedback and criticism is always welcome and is addressed as quickly as possible.

The specific classes/specs we are looking for are the following:

1 Healer (druid/priest/shammy preferably)
Deathknight (DPS)
Mage
Hunter
Elemental Shaman
Warlock

Aside from these we will take a look at any good application and dedicated raider into consideration, we are recruiting for core positions in our raiding system, so attendance is extremely vital.

We are 11/14 Ulduar, about to begin on General Vezax.

25 person raiding progression all times are server time (CST)

Tuesday - 7pm - 10pm
Wednesday - 7pm - 10pm
Thursday - 7pm - 10pm

10 person raiding typically happen during the weekends or off days with various times and raiding locations.

Eitrigg is our home, its a US - PVE server (CST). We are classified as a Medium population server, but I personally have never run into any kind of queue. The economy seems well rounded, with anything that is needed being readily available either in the Auction House or trade channel. Alliance to Horde is about a 2 to 1 ratio.
