RECRUITMENT NEEDS FOR MOD*

Classes we are actively recruiting:
High - Warlock, Elemental Shaman
Low - Warrior(Prot with DPS set)

*We always consider excellent applications from people even if we aren't actively recruiting that class at the time.

Merchants of Death is an Alliance guild located on the Dalvengyr server. We have been around since the launch of the server. We raided in BC at the 25 man level and are currently progressing through all the current 10 and 25 man content available. We have an excellent core raid group and just need a few more consistent raiders to fill out our main group.

We are an East Coast time server. Our raid times are:
Tuesday - 8p.m. to 12a.m.
Wednesday - 8p.m. to 12a.m.
Thursday - 8p.m. to 12a.m.

Progression that we have completed so far in WOTLK:

25 Mans
Ulduar 12/14
Malygos
Naxxramas
Sartharion +3

10 Mans
Cleared all current 10 man content minus a few hard modes for Algalon.
(FL+4, Heart Breaker, I choose you Steelbreaker, Hodir & Thorim hardmodes complete)

Raiding with MOD:
We require our raiders to come fully prepared, for every attempt. Our trial period for new members is 2 weeks long. We expect you to display your class knowledge and excel at whatever your job is in raids. You should want to impress us with your performance in raids. These are some of the things we expect out of our raiders.

-A Stable high speed internet connection.
-Ventrilo with working microphone.
-Above average knowledge of your class and the encounters we are raiding.
-High attendance to raids.
-Being prepared to wipe a lot in new content while learning the encounters.
-The best reputation shoulder and head enchants for your role in raids. The same standard applies to the gemming and enchants on your gear.
-Always having an abundance of all the consumables you need during a raid so that you never run out in a 4 hour run.
-Be at least almost fully T7 geared since we are doing all the Ulduar 25 bosses and hard modes.

We run loot council for the distribution of raid drops. While we don't actively schedule the 10 man runs there are usually a group or 2 running every week in various raids outside of our 25 man raids.
