No Decaf is a daytime raiding guild on the Winterhoof-US Server.

Our current raid times are 11AM - 3PM Central (Server) time. We're looking for exceptional team players to solidify a core 10-man team and further our long term goal of a full 25-man raid squad. Do you have a second/third shift job that makes it difficult to make normal raid times? Are you married (or close enough) with enough life obligations that you can't devote time at night to raiding? We're the guild for you!

Our current need is for a Paladin or Priest to fill out the end of our healing team. We currently have a solid Druid and Shaman combo, we'd like to balance out the group.

Our primary goal is an awesome 10-man team capable of making good efforts on clearing Ulduar and moving on to hard mode achievements. We want people who are interested in showing up on time for every raid possible and performing their class to the best of their abilities.

Our secondary goal is to build a raiding force of daytime people that can adequately fill in the roles necessary to make raids happen on a regular basis. We realize that daytime raiding (and raiding in general) can't always be a priority for everyone, so we want to have a full complement of people who are ready and willing to step up when given the chance, but at the same time aren't offended if they're not given the opportunity to raid every day. (and hey, we're being honest here. Most guilds will just recruit you, bench you and hope you don't transfer out if they're full on your class but want to collect more raiders). Longer term, we're looking towards a 25-man raid squad but for now we're focusing on being the best we can at the 10-man level until we get enough people to seriously attempt 25-man raids.

Our current progress as a group is up through Freya in Ulduar 10. We expect to clear all of Ulduar 10 by the end of the summer and to start on the next raid as soon as it's released.
