<Disbanded> - Ner'zhul is a BG9 guild pushing Hard Mode Content in Ulduar with FL+4, XT, Hodir, Thorim, Iron Council, General Vezax and Yogg 1 Light hard modes completed. We also have Glory of the Ulduar Raider with Algalon 10 down. We are currently looking for exceptional players of all classes with few classes that are high priority.

Disbanded is a Pre-BC guild that prides itself on having a stable, progressive raiding core and a prolific group of Gladiator class PvP-ers. We accomplished a plethora of server firsts during BC, such as every single boss in Sunwell and including Pre-nerf M'uru and Kil'Jaeden. In Wrath, we were server first Naxx, Malygos, and Sartharion 3 Drake. The guild was also Horde first clearing Ulduar, while killing Yogg quickly in the first week.

We are a laid back guild that is efficient with our raiding time. Disbanded maintains a FOUR day raiding schedule, which puts a premium on everyone being focused and performing at peak capacity. While other guilds may raid longer hours, we prefer to make the best use of our time. You'll find a good portion of our raiders interested in theorycraft and our strats forum is pretty legendary for MSPaint drawings. Loot is distributed via a modified zero-sum DKP system based on Best in Slot itemization. Our system ensures minor upgrades are picked up and rewards those that have earned DKP with gear.

We prefer players that want to play the game, not simply folks that log on for raids and off at the end. Most folks in Disbanded enjoy PvP, battlegrounds, and arena. Disbanded boasted a larger number of Gladiators during Season 5 than any other guild on Ner'zhul. You'll frequently find groups of our players in battlegrounds, arenaing, and engaging in world PvP. If PvP is not your thing, we also host a number of folks chasing achievements and titles. A few of our members have more than 8000 achievement points. The point being that we like playing with people that like to play the game and like playing the game with our other members.


What we're looking for in our applicants:

Skilled: We're looking for players that are highly skilled at their class. You should know how to gear, gem and enchant properly, as well as know what spec is best for certain encounters. We don't enforce certain specs or specific ways to gear as long as the player can do their job; however, you should be able to articulate why you've geared a certain way or why you've chosen certain talents and how it benefits you or the raid.

Intelligent and Adaptive: While being able to top meters is a plus, we're looking for players that can adapt to changing environment during an encounter and make intelligent judgment calls when things don't go as planned. (IE: Don't stand in fire to finish a cast) You should know to move out of things without being told to on vent. We're not interested in players that tunnel vision and have trouble staying alive when they can't stand still.

Dedicated and Reliable: We expect you to be here pretty much every raid night. We understand RL things come up once in a while, but we need people to maintain at least 90% attendance. This goes hand in hand with being reliable. We expect you to be here on nights where we're trying to beat new content and not flake out when content gets difficult. We run a very tight knit group and we don't recruit to bench, but you have to earn your raid spot.
