Novus Chalybs on the Arygos server (PvE, EST, Nightfall) is recruiting for Ulduar!

We have currently defeated 13/14 Ulduar and 5 hard modes (FL, XT, Hodir, Thorim, Iron Council), with 1 more expected to be defeated this week. Also beaten the first two CC bosses (somewhat obviously)

Currently, the following classes are open:

Druid DPS (Tank set/willingness to tank in a pinch preferred)
DK DPS (Tank set/willingness to tank in a pinch preferred)
Mage
Rogue
An exceptional tank of any class

We're also always willing to take on one or two more exceptional DPS players (preferably with a WWS)

What we're looking for and what we're all about:

Novus Chalybs raids 4 nights a week, Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs 8-12 server. 90%+ attendance is expected. Certainly important things come up, birthdays, anniversaries, emergencies, but raiders should miss at most one raid out of every two weeks, ideally.

We expect you to do your own homework and come prepared with knowledge of the fight. I post raid strategies and ideas on our forum, and it's expected before a new boss that everyone has a decent idea of the fight, so it doesn't take more than five minutes to explain and outline during the raid. We don't want to have to teach you how to play your class. Don't apply if you don't have proper gems/enchants that you're "planning on fixing." Fix them first, then apply-you don't get a second chance at a first impression.

We expect everyone to be min/maxing and pushing themselves to be the best they can be. Make sure you do your research and keep up with your class. Most of us take a look at our own and some other players' WWS' weekly to figure out what we're doing wrong, and how we can improve.

We defeated M'uru pre-3.0, have currently defeated Yogg-Saron, 4 hard modes and look forward to progressing through the hard modes, where our true progression path lies.

If you're a min/maxer and seek to get everything out of your gear and character, and expect that everyone else in your raid is doing the same, then we're the place for you! If you want to be carried through content, we're not for you.
