About us
This 10-man only guild was created for the purpose of progressing through Ulduar and future 10-man raids. Our group has a history of playing together not only in WoW, but in other online games as well. The majority of us have been playing WoW since 2005. Staghelm is a CST server and our raid times are on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 11pm CST. We are very efficient with our time and have few, if any, breaks. Given that we raid only 8 hours a week, we do expect near 100% attendance. Although we do understand people have priorities (such as forgotten-about anniversaries).

Loot is handled by the whole group. Our group is probably too nice regarding gear, and we’d like to keep it that way. For the most part, if an item gives you a set bonus or is BiS, it is yours. Any ties are handled by /rand.

About you
You must know your class, have a quick reaction time, be aware of your surroundings, use your keyboard for directional movement and not for turning, show humility, have patience, and be mature (except when trying to kill each other before Mimiron). You should also have fun playing the game. We want members who will be in it for the long haul. This is also your main character; we’re not going to be raiding with your alt. Please be aware our #1 priority is PvE and we will ask you to spec that way (dual spec’d for PvE is preferred).

Classes:
Retribution Paladin (Protection as off-spec preferred)
Ranged DPS (any class, any spec)

Our preference is Fire Mage, however we will consider other exceptional Ranged DPS in exchange for the Mage. We strongly prefer a player with at least 2 pieces of T8 gear and experience with all of easy mode Ulduar.
