UPDATE: Recriting now closed. Thank you to everyone who expressed interest.
Currently we're looking for a few people to round out our 25-man raiding corps. We don't have any pressing needs at the moment, so we're open to skilled applicants of any class, spec, and raid role. We're looking for people who can step in and perform at a high level quickly, with a minimum of "gearing up" time.
Note regarding tank applicants: Because of the variation in number of tanks required from one raid encounter to another and the tight tuning of heroic modes, we strongly prefer tank applicants who can provide strong dps when not tanking. A feral druid would be ideal, but we're interested in other tanking classes who have a strong dps off-spec.
About Us
The Eleventh Hour is a well-established 25-man raiding guild on Earthen Ring. The guild's raiding history dates back to one of the server's first few kills of Lucifron in the spring of 2005. Over the last four years, The Eleventh Hour has established a reputation as a serious progression guild with stable leadership and little drama. We don't compete aggressively for server firsts, but we do try to be everything we can be. We value efficient progression, but we also want to have fun in the process. Progression-tracking sites like WoWJutsu and WoWprogress have consistenly ranked us in the top 1000 US guilds throughout TBC and WotLK.
About You
We're looking for committed, skilled raiders who are also fun people to hang around with. We expect you to take all reasonable steps to maximize your raid performance, but we recognize that you have a life outside of WoW. We take being drama-free seriously. You don't need to legally be an adult to apply, but you do need to know how to act like one.
The 25-man raiding schedule is a total of 16 hours per week, with raids running from 7-11PM ET on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. We expect raiders to be able to make roughly 75% of raids on a consistent basis.
About Earthen Ring
Earthen Ring is an RP-PvE realm. ER was first brought online a week after the release of the original World of Warcraft, as part of the "second wave" of release servers added to handle the unexpected demand for the game. The server has a long and rich history and an active forum and social community. While many players roleplay both in arranged events and in their daily gameplay, the bulk of the server population does not engage in serious roleplay. The main noticeable difference between Earthen Ring and a standard PvE server is that the population on average is a bit more mature.
