We got the US 15th Algalon kill, and are currently working on Alone in the Darkness. We are also getting prepared for the hard mode push next month.

Current Demand
We are looking to strengthen our raid force in key areas as we prepare for hard mode Coliseum.

About Us
<Eternal Reign> is ranked as the 15th* US guild. However, our main selling point by far is our outstanding raiding efficiency. During progression, we limit our raiding to ~16-19 hours a week. In this small number of hours, we have managed to keep ourselves as a top tier guild for quite some time now. We killed Yogg-Saron the first reset of 3.1, achieved a top 25 US Sunwell clear, killed C'Thun the same week everyone else did, and so on.

This efficiency alone we feel is a big selling point, and it’s something we take pride in. But I also stress that efficiency because of the domino effect it has. As a result of being such an efficient guild, we tend to have a low turnover rate. All of our current officers have been with the guild since before TBC. Our low raid hours allow people to have lives outside the game and still satisfy their competitive drive. Our guild has a very good atmosphere that we feel also stems from our raid efficiency. We are very low on drama, and we have an excellent reputation on our server.

While our primary focus is PvE raiding, we have a definite contingent of players who enjoy PvP. Our guild is consistently ranked as one of the top PvP guilds on the Whirlwind battlegroup, and we have had teams finish #1 in multiple brackets since S1.

Raid Schedule
During progression, our M/W/F raids have typically been 6-9 PST, Sat/Sun have been 2-7 PST, and we've taken T/Th off. We rarely extend our raid schedule past 5 days a week, but instead do unofficial 5-mans/Heroics/10-mans/alt-runs/PvP or what not.

During farm, we typically try to finish up everything on Wednesday night within 3 hours or so.

About You
We are only looking for dedicated, excellent players. You have to be able to make the vast majority of our raids. You have to excel at your classes's role(s). You need to quickly learn from your mistakes, be able to adapt to a changing situation, and be that guy who rarely dies to something stupid. We expect an exceptional level of play. We are not looking to recruit average players or those who cannot make our (limited) progression hours.

Furthermore, while enjoying PvP is not mandatory, having a great deal of advanced PvP experience is a big plus.

Class-Specific Notes
We are primarily looking to add one of each of the above listed classes. Beyond that, we are open to consider applications for other classes/specs, though our ranks are pretty good in this regard and we will only consider truly the best talent for unlisted classes. We most likely will not, however, consider anyone who is looking for primarily a tanking role.
